▶ Young Scientist Awards | 最佳青年科学家奖
ICCCS will implement the Young Scientist Award to encourage a group of young scientific and technological talents who have emerged in scientific and technological innovation activities and made outstanding contributions.
ICCCS将授予青年科学家奖，鼓励一批在计算机科学和通信工程领域的科技创新活动中崭露头角、做出突出贡献的青年科技人才。
※ Contribution and standard:
Awarded to researchers who have made significant breakthroughs in Computer Science and Communication Systems and achieved outstanding contributions.
贡献和标准：授予在计算机科学和通信工程领域取得重大突破、成就卓著并作出重要贡献的青年科技工作者。
※ Candidate qualification:
Applicants must be ICCCS registered authors, under the age of 40 by April 16, 2027, and hold a PhD degree. Each applicant should submit up to 3 representative publications and a full CV.
候选资格：参选人为ICCCS当届注册作者，年龄在2027年4月16日前不满40周岁，需具有博士学位，并提交最多3篇代表性论文及完整简历。
※ Award information:
Winners will be selected annually based on outstanding achievements. Certificates and prizes will be awarded.
获奖信息：每年评选一次，根据突出贡献确定获奖者，并颁发证书与奖品。

1. For university students only. 仅限在校学生
2. First author must be registered. 第一作者需完成注册
3. Oral/Live Presentation required. 需进行口头或线上报告

For each session, one best oral presentation will be selected by session chairs based on originality, applicability, technical merit, PPT quality, and presentation performance.
每个分会场将由主席根据原创性、适用性、技术水平、PPT质量及报告表现评选最佳口头报告。

Clarity, technical depth, innovation, PPT quality, and presentation performance.

Poster design quality, research innovation, presentation clarity, and interaction effectiveness.

▶ Best Reviewer Award | 最佳审稿人奖
Evaluation Criteria / 评选标准：
Review quality, depth of comments, academic contribution, and impact on improving paper quality.

▶ Best Organization Award | 最佳组织奖
Evaluation Criteria / 评选标准：
Contribution to conference organization, coordination ability, academic support, and overall event execution.
