Chair Introduction | 主席简介

Ph.D. in Computer Science, graduated from the University of Delaware, USA, in August 2020. He is currently an Associate Research Professor at the School of Software, Northwestern Polytechnical University. His research focuses on blockchain technology, agent security, data security and privacy computing, and data element governance. He has led 6 vertical projects (including the Aviation Science Fund, the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province, and the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province) and 3 horizontal projects. He has published more than 40 papers in leading journals and flagship conferences such as IP&M, IEEE TNSM, IEEE TSC, IEEE TITS, IEEE TCSS, IEEE Blockchain, and IEEE ICBC, with over 1,200 Google Scholar citations to date. He is a member of ACM, IEEE, and CCF, a committee member of the CCF Blockchain Technical Committee, and an executive committee member of the CCF Network and System Security Technical Committee.

哲学博士(计算机科学), 2020年8月毕业于美国特拉华大学(University of Delaware), 现任西北工业大学软件学院副研究员。主要致力于区块链技术,智能体安全,数据安全与隐私计算、数据要素治理等方向的研究。现承担航空科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金等纵向项目6项,横向课题3项。在本领域重要期刊IP&M,IEEE TNSM, IEEE TSC, IEEE TITS, IEEE TCSS和IEEE Blockchain, IEEE ICBC等区块链国际旗舰会议与期刊发表论文40余篇,截止目前Google Scholar学术引用1200余次。现为ACM会员, IEEE会员, CCF会员, CCF区块链专委会委员,CCF网络与系统安全专委会执行委员。

Track 1 focuses on AI-enhanced security and governance in the Web 3.0 era, bringing together research on blockchain technology, AI agent security, data security and privacy-preserving computing, and data element governance. It aims to address the critical challenges of building trustworthy, secure, and efficiently governed decentralized systems and data ecosystems empowered by artificial intelligence.
