Prof. Chen Chen
Xidian University, China

Chen Chen received the B.Eng., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunication from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2000, 2006, and 2008, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Department of telecommunication in Xidian University, and a member of the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Service Networks in Xidian University. He is also the Director of the Xi'an Key Laboratory of Mobile Edge Computing and Security, and the Director of the intelligent transportation research laboratory in Xidian University. He was awarded the leader talent in innovation and research of Shannxi Province, China, in 2022. He was also awarded the high-level talent of Xi’an City, China, in 2020. He was a visiting professor at the department of EECS in the University of Tennessee and the department of CS in the University of California, in 2013 and 2018, respectively. He serves as the General Chair, PC Chair, Workshop Chair or TPC Member of several conferences. He has authored/co-authored 3 books, over 150 scientific papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He has contributed to the development of 5 copyrighted software systems and invented over 100 patents. He is also a distinguished member of China Computer Federation (CCF) , a member of China Institute of Communications (CIC), a member of Chinese Institute of Electronics(CIE), a member of TIAA, a member of Future Forum etc. He is also listed in the World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2021 and 2023.

 

Prof. Haixia Peng
Xi’an Jiaotong University, China

Haixia Peng is currently a full Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. She received her Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering from Northeastern University (Shenyang, China) in 2017 and the University of Waterloo (Waterloo, Canada) in 2021, respectively. From August 2021 to August 2022, she was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering and Computer Science, California State University Long Beach, USA. She was a recipient of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas). Her research interests include satellite-terrestrial vehicular networks, multi-access edge computing, resource management, artificial intelligence, and reinforcement learning. She serves/served as a TPC member in IEEE VTC-fall 2016&2017, IEEE ICCEREC 2018, IEEE GlobeCom 2016-2024, and IEEE ICC 2017-2024 conferences, and serves as Editors for the Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications and IEEE IoT Magazine.

Prof. Yongchan Gao
Xidian University, China

Yongchan Gao, Professor of Xidian University, China, national young talent, main research direction is radar/jamming countermeasures performance evaluation, new system radar target detection, etc., presided over a number of topics in the relevant direction, published more than 30 papers, won the "Future Women Scientist" program, the first prize for outstanding achievements in scientific and technological research in colleges and universities of Shaanxi Province, etc..

 

 

Assoc. Prof. Pavel LOSKOT
Zhejiang University-University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Institute, China (ZJU-UIUC Institute)

Pavel Loskot joined the ZJU-UIUC Institute, Haining, China, in January 2021 as Associate Professor after 14 years being the Senior Lecturer at Swansea University in the UK. He obtained his PhD degree in Wireless Communications from the University of Alberta in Canada, and the MSc and BSc degrees in Radioelectronics and Biomedical Electronics, respectively, from the Czech Technical University of Prague in the Czech Republic. In the past 25 years, he was involved in numerous collaborative research and development projects, and also held a number of consultancy contracts with industry. Pavel Loskot is a Senior Member of the IEEE, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, and the Recognized Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. His current research interests focus on mathematical and probabilistic modeling, statistical signal processing and classical machine learning for multi-sensor data in biomedicine, computational molecular biology, and wireless communications.

 

Assoc. Prof. Qingling Zhao

Lecturer Liming Wang
Guangxi Minzu University, China

Liming Wang achieved the Pd.D degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2022, he is currently a lecturer in Guangxi Minzu University, he is responsible for the undergraduate lecture on Principles of Communications, Modern Switching Technology, and Fiber Communications. He is interested in signal processing for target parameter estimation and its application on atmospheric measurement.

 

Asst. Prof. Dongyuan Shi
Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore

Shi Dongyuan is a Research Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. He received his Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University under the direction of Professor Gan Woon Seng. His research focuses on improved active noise control, deep learning, digital signal processing, adaptive array processing, and high-speed real-time digital system implementation. His work has appeared in journals such as the Journal of the Acoustic Society of America (JASA), the ACM/IEEE Transaction on Audio, Speech, and Language Processing (TASLP), the IEEE Transaction on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) system, Signal Processing (SP), the IEEE Signal Letter (SPL), Mechanical Systems, and Signal Processing (MSSP), and the IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP). He is a member of both the IEEE and the Signal Processing Society (SPS). He is the associate editor of IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications, and Computer Sciences and the distinguished lecture of APSIPA (2024-2025).
